Mortar loader,u are fired!This is a automatic mortar with navigation and position syatem,plus Automatic Fire Control System. Not a traditional mortar any more.
3 crew can operate it safely from armoured cabin.

ST has been selling this for sometimes!! It is strange if SAF
has not got enough hard wares while all are Made in Sg---cheap & plenty.
We also no need report to UN.

Since 1999,ST has been advertising its products in JDW,in whole page.

SRAMS was fixed in HMMWV 4×4 to suite the demand in Middle East and was exhibited in IDEX 2005 UAE in Feb 2005.

aroumr.But the users of The Soltam Systems 120mm mobile Cardom (Hatchet) of Soltam Defense Ltd. Israel do not has this benefits.CARDOM is computerised autonomous recoil rapid deployed outrange mortar.

Although the Cardom is not breech loaded, Soltam officials claim a burst rate of 16 rpm, followed by a 4 rpm sustained rate of fire, by a trained crew. Asked wether Soltam could develop an under armour version, the officials said that a Turret Mortar Under Armour (TMUAS) long barrel system was developed by Soltam in the past but discontinued, for commercial reasons. Soltam is currently providing an automatic breech loading 60mm mortar for the IDF Merkava Mk4
