They each have their own strenghts and weakness, you have to see
who is the lecturer for the module.
IMO:
SAA - cheap, lecturers so-so
FTMS - expensive, some lecturers very good
FTC - duno..only took 2 modules there
Where to eat lunch ranking:
FTMS is near to plaza singapura and there have many good places to
eat. Food court, KFC, McDonalds, Carl's Junior, Japanese food
etc...
