Perhaps you are right, I interpret Janes article wrongly.
The first vessel, built in
France, is now fitting out, ( talking abt it when it is still in
France) ,
and in the covered assembly sheds at its main yard at Benoi, hulls
four and five are in various stages of construction. (abt hull 4
& 5 in Benoi only)
As for boombastic figure 
, she need some heavy slimming so to integrate local
system into her and most probably in Benoi Gym!!!!
