Cos the people in the government know only how to talk the walk
and not walk the talk... How many of them actually don't own a car
and take the public transportation system in Singapore?
They said it's good cos it looks good on paper and theory and
plan... But on the ground they don't see it... Cos they don't need
to use it...
It's just like some 15 years back when they implemented the COE
system, they expected the system to fix a quota on car ownership
and control the car population, but after all these years, the
quota on car ownership keeps going up and now they are quoting that
the citizens are owning too many cars... Crap right?
