Hi there,
1) You cannot take Class 4 and 5 lessons as private (if i am not
wrong)
2) The only place you can take Class 4 and 5 lessons is at Pan
Island Driving Centre. (Taman Jurong)
3) You cannot jump straight to Class 5 without taking Class 4
first. Without Class 3, you also cannot take Class 4. (Unless you
are part of the Lee Family).
