jaydunkfull SG very difficult! i couldnt see any freaking image of the pin through the lens and panicked for five minutes while swaying about stupidly trying to locate the image! hmpfff
jaydunkfull SG NO! where got breeze? tsunami! alright that means im stupid! for qns 2 you got a curve or a straight line?
jaydunkfull SG did you? i didnt; just made up a value that is somewhere near the value which i got for the first method. and i drew a curve for the second qns. is it me or is the paper difficult? how come it seems so easy for all of you? darn, i must be stupid. wan le...wan le...
gohby SG Its a curve. All the teachers say its a curve. However, the curve is not very distinct. The curve is due to friction. The higher the velocity, the more the friction ...... Speaking of which, dont worry, a lot of people screw up too
lageihsif SG oooo...my sch like half got straight line half got curve...i also got curve la... 1 of my fren got a S curve
TwinTurbo_Supra SG should be a straight line lah. if not u tell me how to find gradient? My teachers said it is a straight line. the friction is negligible at such slow speed and the area in contact with the rulers is so small.
Hocklez SG wahaha, for me, it is like 1 yr ago since i touch phy practical. lol… last yr bio pract was a killer if anyone still remember…
morningglory SG did you make sure the pinhead is in the centre of the mirror and lens? and you have to look directly down on the pinhead. cannot look from slanted angle else you cant see the image. then move the pin up or down
jaydunkfull SG method one i got ten haii for method two i anyhow take a value close to the first value; chose 14
TwinTurbo_Supra SG i got 15 for both. i think im screwed. but the thickness of the lens makes alot of diff leh. for 0.4 u get 15, 0.5 u get 12.
