Yes. I only wash on alternate days. My daily routine doesn't make me sweat badly so I guess it's pretty okay.

anyway how come my mum tell me canot everyday wash hair? i wash hair twice a day, once in morning, den when i come home mus wash hair coz i put wax. I notice my fren she wash her hair once in 3 days her hair very glossy and smooth, issit coz of the oil?
