Ban the phrase " my time ah we it do it this way".
Make sure jobs assigned to specific appiontment holders is being
done by them not a subordinate.
Teach the men that charging would not always work, most of the time
you need to crawl bound to bound.
Change the policy that education is the first option in selecting
commanders, combat and leadership skill is the most important cos i
realised most fcukers want to be officer to look good in their
resume not because they really WANT to lead in combat.
just my two cents worth even though it wont happen
