why gers cut hair like nv cut?

my sis age 15 she went to cut hair and spent a lot of money but still look kns like never cut

some ppl oni trim mah
keep the shape and style the same, but trim the dry ends and tidy up a bit oni

some guys also cut hair but look like nv cut.

each time i cut hair...

ppl will go... "WAH! u cut ur hair ah!"

i cut hair once every 1 and a half mths..
