I stay in Blk 742 Yishun Ave 5 and I have been experiencing
difficulties in finding parking lots at Car Park Y8, the situation
is worse during weekends & public holidays when a lot of car
owners are taking advantage of the free parking here even when they
are headed to Northpoint Shopping Centre where parking is
available. Also, whenever there is "Pasar Malam" in the near
vicinity, the car park is always filled up almost the entire
day. This has definitely created a regular problem for
residents in this area and I hope that the authority will soon
look into this matter and will consider switching some of
the parking lots to Season Parking Lots(Red
Lots).
