I was driving home last morning around 6.45am, I exited the ECP
through the TMC Club, Tampines exit and while travelling along that
stretch of road after the exit, I saw this Toyota Vios that crashed
into the kerb. Well, I do not know how the accident happened, but I
was rather surprised as to how it crashed into the kerb? The car
was like perpendicular to the kerb if you get what I mean. The
car's front left tyre was punctured and the front bumper slightly
dropping off. I guess that driver was trying to make a high speed u
turn but ended up crashing into the kerb instead, so much so that
even his tyre blew 
It was a
pretty new Vios too.
