I think the best car in your 3 options will be mazda.
ITG is no doubt gives the best performance and quality. But no
point getting a sports car with a super high speed engine but your
max speed can only reach the most.. 140km/h? Also, sports car are
usually targetted by the TP.
Tsucani sounds very economical but i guess in your mindset, you
wish something trendy yet not being laughed at by your frens since
some already mention that tus are rather cheap and perform
relatively lower then mazda and ITG.
Mazda got the looks, mazda is more of a "home" car, its not as
expensive and its 4 doors! What more do you expect? 
Ps. i'm a noob about cars, but i feel that its good to be
practical.
