These diamonds u speak of, are gradually on the decline.
Well, from my personal point of view. Sg girls starts out mostly as
diamonds, sure they love their bf, stuck out with them while
they're in NS, going steady with poor tertiary students..
but the changes hits once they go into the workforce, this is the
phase of time where some of the diamonds changes structure and
become a carbon 
i'm not sure as to why, but they just change when they start
working. Albeit not all, the ratio is pretty high.
