i dont have this prob. once i wanted to wash my car and i saw
one car parked there. i jus dial the number for illegal parking and
the parking attendant promptly come down and issue the fellow a
ticket. wash till e owner come back and see e agony on his face.
and the best way to make the parking attendant come down is to
exaggerate the situation so much that they have to come down.
nothing to difficult to deal with.
