tankee1981 SG M113 is originally designed as an APC(Armoured Personnel Carrier) and thus no turrets. Those that have turrets such as the Ultra are upgrades of the original M113. Those that have turrets are termed as IFV(Infantry Fighting Vehicles) instead of APC.This is a pic of a new type of armour(L-Vas) for M113 developed in Isarel. They never use IFV only APC. ditzy SG Its an addon armour module. The front is easy access to the engine, thats why the handles. Wait till you see the hatch open to the engine, its even more cock.
