they will take out ur engine, dismentle it into teeny weeny
little bits, change new piston rings, gaskets, replace worn valves,
machine ur cylinder walls and cylinder heads to ensure proper seal,
change timing belt, change water pump, clean up sludge deposits,
blah blah blah blah....... well in short, u basically get an engine
that's operating almost like it was brand new.
