cause?
Hire the jobless or low income unskilled group to tidy up the
forests. It may take months or years or eternity but simply by
cutting down part of the forest and separating them into sections,
you can contain forest fire by cutting down their area of spread
annd make way for accessiblilty to fire fighting vehicles and
personnel in the event of a holocaust. this will require land
planning from the locals and experts from the national countries.
The cut wooden can be dispose off or sold as useful timber. the
profits from the sale of the wood paid to the workers and remainder
goes into the pockets of businessmen. fire can be contained in such
a manner or at least prevented to spread and cause too much
inconvenience to neighbouring countries. The environment more
cleaner and green...everybody is a winner!
