Sleep paralaysis is actually a positive symptom..., it goes to show you're nowhere capable of sleepwalking since your muscles are disabled... A couple of people have been known to be killed through sleep-walking...

I had suffured sleep paralaysis only a couple of time throughout mine life..., for the first time..., the feeling was extremly disturbing... I was under the belief that i was being possessed, since i'm not capable of moving nor speaking..., but was fully awake...

Yea yea.I encountered it first when i was 8 or 9.I cant move my arms and i tried to kick my legs.But cannot.Being still a small kid i was still friggin freaked out and whoa i screamed so much that my throat hurts but no sound came out.When i snapped out of paralysis mode my throat is still sore Laughing

me too. maybe because that time have mild dizzy spells. When sleeping my my home sometimes can feel something sitting or pressing on me in the middle of the night also. Or half awake half dreaming that something is trying to push me off the bed while moaning "very colddd". Want to yell also cannot.. when manage to will woke up in cold sweat. I sleep on the right side of bed. Only happens when the left side is empty and not filled with bolsters pillows or blankets.

Well, I don't think I sleepwalk anymore, but I know I used to sleepwalk alot when I was younger. In fact, everytime I slept anywhere else other than my bed, I'd miraculously walk back to my bed in my sleep, up the stairs and avoiding any obstacles in my way. Haven't done that in ages...but I thought it was just some kind of passing phase and didn't think too much into it.

A funny incident happen when my sister was really young though. She sleepwalked downstairs, went into the kitchen thinking it was the toilet, and pulled her pants down and squatted on the kitchen floor. Me and my dad were wondering what the hell she was doing. Laughing

How come some people say they screem when they kena sleep paralysis… When I kena that, I can’t do anything… Even taking is impossible… Most of the time I just go back to sleep…
