Any cure for sinus?

I have got Hayfever for more than 6 weeks...sometimes feel like shit.

The sneezing will cause my throat and ears to itch like hell. And my nose is so messy all the time. Sad

I have seen the GP twice but am still feeling horrible. Any solutions?

Most of the time, they just try to improve the drainage by widening your sinuses (Eg, removing parts of the concha). Effects vary from people to people.

Don't ask me what the alphabets stand for... just trying to show some of the sinuses that they could operate on.
