Use your fingernails lor, but please make sure your nails are
trimmed and clean, or they'll slip and infect your open pores. Wash
your hands also. Don't need to wash your face before squeezing
because the black heads are more prominent when your face is oily
and sweaty, hence you need to keep your nails short or they'll
slip. Best is to wash your face or take a shower right after, so
you have clean healthy open pores.
