Where could I find a serviced office for 1 person under $200/ month? ( close to SIMS PLACE is possible.

I just need a cubicle with internet connection for my notebook and of course air con la....

I need a place to work from 9:30 - 12:30 under $200 /month.
I tried those internet cafes, but it's too noisy.
