my gf bought it when she's just 24... earning about $2.8k. Of cos, the car is under her dad's name cos insurance is cheaper. She paid for the monthly installment and everything else.

if you can count this as well, i took over the same car when I was 25. earning $2.8k too.
But damn siong~ so, just gave it up about 4 months ago after having it for about 1 year.

The car was 3 years old before we sold it off.

It was a mazda323(A), costs $72k back then and the monthly installment was $906 (omg, i STILL remember...).

i buy at 21,a 2nd hand prelude, i was earning bout $1.6k only..tat time is got car can liao...

den buay tahan as jobless for a while, sell den buy van as set up own company, now hv a van & half a rex, monthly earn $2.8k lik tat nia..but now jobless again..lolx.

Just bought it. Age 27. 2 years of saving allow me to down a bit and still keep a bit. Earning 2.5k, still surviving. Upgrading to 2.9k soon. Mr. Green Monthly installment S$500. Humble kelisa!

When i am 24+.

Need it for work so bought a nissan march. Dad helps to downpay a little, but the rest all mine. Company got subsedised a bit. Pay 1k plus only for basic.

Have since change car but guess my current car is going to stick with me for another few yr.

21 got my first car, corolla and family bought a jap van as well.
22 got a new euro van
23(now) sold off my bike
work in family company all the way, never study much

Change car half way....Change to a Jeep Cabrio....only 2 in S,pore
Bought my 3rd car at 19+, it was the Falken Racing Suzuki Cultus. I was sponsored by Stamford Tyres.... Laughing

Bought my 4th Car at 21, Honda Civic EF9

5th Car was Honda Accord

6th Car was Mercedes E200

The Suzuki Cultus was Scrapped, but heard that the scrapyard owner's son took the Engine, Gearbox and Comp box out. The GearBox was handmade in Japan, only 5 in the world. Paid US$10K for it.

As for the Honda Accord and the Merc, all sold back to 2nd hand car dealers lor...keep also no use mah.... Shocked

Went and saw the VW Phaeton just now....nice sia....very luxurious inside...

I work very hard for the cars I owned...a bit too hard I think....tired sia.... Crying or Very sad

Actually, see what is your interest la, some ppl spent more on other things, while i spent mine on Cars lor.....its not that bad, cause I live simple life...

bought my 1st ride, a corolla altis at 27….. earning abt $2.3k + $800 transport allowance + commission… so still quite comfortable….. if i havent worked out my sums, i wouldn’t commit to a car… too expensive in sg….
