i used to be like that...now im starting to be more health conscious..i dont smoke..i dont drink..i try to eat 1 slice of fruit per day...and i jog at least 3 times a week..and drink plenty of water

Don't really take care of my health I would say, since I left secondary school I haven't been exercising much.

Now only eat 1 fruit everyday and go to the gym like once a month. Laughing

i don smoke, i don drink often.. i eat home cook food everday.. i don take high intake of sugar, salt, oil. but why am I still fall sick easily?

sleep for adequate 9 hours.
bathe twice a day.
too lazy to exercise.

exercise regularly.. at least 3 times a week, and for guys.. Cool hehe dun mast too much can be bad for health.. keep it to 2-3 times a week or ever shorter..

Neways, It's not living a short life that scares me, it's dying terribly that scares me. I dun mind quickdeath, just dun make me suffer with cancer and those chronic terminal diseases

I feel that keeping a good health is a better prevention than cure when u get ill. Food is very important and i rreally envy those who can eat home cooked food everyday.

My breakfast is simple and i usually go with bread..wonder which bread makers makes the best?
