In your description here, your case is weak as you've
pointed out that you knew you've been filmed but you didn't attempt
to stop the filming and let it be... Also you and your friend are
engaged in a domestic argument, not consituting to an offence...
And lastly, you are taking it as an oppurtunity of chance to
benefit in monetary kind, thus not acceptable...
But isnt taking a video or a picture of an individual an offence
still without the consent of the person ?
