Devvic SG The Civic SIR is EK4. Price now depends on which year you wanna get. Whether it is the facelifted version or pre-facelift. It will be better to calculate the depreciation a year than to give you an absolute price on the car. I think you will be looking at a high 6k to low 7k depre a year.

Ek3/EK4/EK9 is 96/98 model. These cars are hard to find, esp EK9. Most "Type R" you see in Singapore are Actually Vti or SiR (EK3 or EK4) but they convert the appearance to look like a Type R. So far I've seen most ppl selling EK3s. I saw one quoting as high as 45k for a 96 Vti (just renewed COE). The problem about buying 2nd hand honda civics is you dunno how the previous owner use the car. (eg. a beng might rev the car until it died b4 or an auntie might have crash the car b4). Good luck looking for you Initial D lookalike car.
Devvic SG There are only 5 true EK9 or the "Type R" in Singapore Dunno whether the no. has fallen or not. It is really not easy to find a real EK9.
