21 years and above.
For person aged between 18 and 21 years, the applicant will require
the parents? consent to marry. Both parents and two adult witnesses
with NRICs must also be present during the solemnisation of
marriage.
For person under the age of 18, the applicant will be required to
apply for a special marriage license.
