You can look for Steven Lim. He normally does for females but males also can. Can find him outside CK Tang or Paragon there. Did I mention he is yandao?

I do not know where girls go to, but then, men and female eyebrow styling quite different right?

well, my gf had her eyebrows trimmed/shaped at clementi.
it wasn't tru plucking but threading. u know those old method of using a thread to remove hairs?
quite fast about 5 mins for both brows and it cost like $5 only. but she say it is quite painful.

Form what i heard, u will either lose the hairs that were trimmed or It will grow back longer like your head hair and u need to cut it!!

Any beauty salons would do, hollywood secrets at paragon or far east plaza does it but I heard that far east plaza only shave them, not plucking, didn’t go there before so don’t take my word for it.
