skyfoo SG dun anyone feel that this season standards are much lower than previous season? firstly, the hype is not there, quite artifical i would say. for the singing part, i think less than 1 third will qualify for the top 11 in season 1. most of their singing are mediocre at best. and for the looks, many would fail miserably. not much pretty faces there. most of the contestants just dun look like idols in anyway. this is from a bias viewpoint.
