WHILE Geraldine Chua looks like Sylvester Sim's ex-girlfriend,
Milly Khoo IS one.
She dated the Singapore Idol runner-up a few years ago. When The
New Paper brought up the relationship, Milly grimaced: 'But I knew
him before he was an Idol...' before her response was cut short by
a MediaCorp minder.
But the 19-year-old, who is awaiting admission into NUS, left some
clues about her love life in her online bio.
Her favourite song is I Hate Myself For Loving You by Joan Jett
because 'it constantly reminds me not to be so gullible and believe
everything a man says'.
Her worst recent memory? 'When someone I cherished a lot was
fooling around right in front of my eyes.'
And what makes her nervous? 'Men who express their love to me...
because I do not know how to reject people gracefully.'
Hmm, we wonder which category Sly belongs to.
But at least the former couple share something in common. Just as
judge Ken Lim once told Sly that he doesn't smile enough, he has
ironically been telling Milly the same thing. She said: 'Ken always
asks me to smile. But I'm nervous, that's why I don't smile.'
