Brits mandate and given a referendum to the people of S'pore,

1) Singapore out to become a independent nation, depending
everything on itself...its people without natural resources
OR
2) stay as part of the British empire, with everything, economic,
social and defence polices on the Brits to to take of, and become
British Overseas Citizens
