wenqing SG Recently I bought a Samsung D510, half an hr after idling, the phone screen goes blank white color. When I called the shop, they say there is no 1 for 1 exchange. M1 also dun have that policy anymore. But hey i just bought the phone a day ago! I brought it to the Samsung service centre and all they say is I go check see how long it will take for the parts to come. Check 5 days le, still say checking when i called back. Conclusion: the phone and the service sucks.
Ito_^ SG ok, ill take note. thinking of buying a new sumsang phone though.. now ill ask around for their service quality to make double sure.
FireIce SG im sure u can find nokia, SE, LG, motorola, panasonic, dopod, o2 users who will tell u about their sucky fones and sucky service centres so if u hear one or two complaints, u are not going to buy tt brand?
ditzy SG Got this guy bought his n73, and had his set replaced 5 times because of 1 dead pixel. The last one he is holding now still has 1 dead pixel.
Ito_^ SG ask a few more ppl (dat i know in person) lor. out of 5 ppl for example, if all say sucky den ill consider other brands with better opinions. but oso not forever never buy, always gt next time.
FireIce SG so if u have 5 frens using nokia and 2 complained and 3 frens using SE with 1 complaint and 2 frens using LG with no complaints and 17 frens using samsung and 8 complained, how u going to judge ah? and ur fren is ur fren, my fren is my fren, singapore population is singapore population leh.......how?

sohguanh SG Just to tag along some of the SE newer models the nIpple stick cannot move up down left right liao. Can only press in to indicate Enter. If wan the shiok stick muz go get older model liao
Ito_^ SG only thing i noe nokia carecenter here at causeway pt always ren shang ren hai. my fren always go in and out machiam like second home. otherwise i think not bad la.. my attitude more moderate towards nokia these days.
