erm...no such thing as natural for that kinda stuff one.

some people are better than others initially because they are good
at speaking, writing, whatever...
erm...but from what i know, the older profs are almost always
better than the new and younger ones.
just give yourself a few years lah...
dont be so hard on yourself...
