usually design change a few reasons:
1)customer complaint and admin need to varify if the change is
credible. if so no design change. so many of us hav to make noise
so that sggirls admin will implement a design change (in particular
to remove the 6 assess on top).
2)engineering department too free so just implement a few design
change with minimal or no cost impact so they can answer to the
boss every monthly report.
