dragg SG are you telling me you dont have a home? have you not seen how your mother normally clean the windows? how often do you find locals falling to their death cleaning windows? it happens only to idiots and maids. why? only idiots and maids stand on chairs or on the parapet. idiots do it because they have no sense of danger. maids do it because they were forced to.
Aveme SG if any of you had seen the news on TV,the case is about the maid being forced to climb out of the window ledge and clean it from the outside.That is aka doing 18th storey acrobatic without any protection for this maid. I doubt anyone's relative here of sane mind will attempt to do such a thing.So this employer deserved the fine 100%.The person is also banned from ever employing any maids from now on
Aveme SG yes,in the minds of alot of singaporean. If they pay you money,you are their slave. It is no wonder with this attitude that the service provided here is so bad as people do not know how to treat those who service them.

dragg SG are you talking about my mother now or mothers in general? i am sure you noticed only maids fall to their deaths. mothers dont!!! why? because they make the maids clean windows in ways they themselves dont even dare to try.
