Anyone got help their baby to open up any savings account? POSB or DBS also can. Does it give better interest rate? What are the additional benefit such account enjoy that we normal adult do not enjoy.

I tink the POSB Children Development Acount is the one parent put in how much govt put in how much $1 to $1 matching subject to a maximum. It can be used only for approved instituition courses etc kind.
