Actually, the minute our combat aircraft takes off they are in
Malaysian airspace. Just think of the proximity of our north-facing
airbases to Johore. Seletar, Tengah are both very close to JB. The
minute a jet figher takes off it will be in JB if it doesn't
immediately "cornering" to avoid JB.
And on a more serious issue, a certain rescue operation was delayed
for a while cos KL won't give the green light for our rescue
aircraft to fly over their airspace. I can't remember which rescue
ops. Anyone remember?
