Good: Course is structured (example, got stages to clear to
progess). Access to circuit all the time.
Bad: Long waiting time to take up course/book/etc.
Private
Good: Timing not fixed, u fixed with ur instructor any time. Can
pick u up from ur place. Car is fixed.
Bad: Course is not structured, basically watever the ur instructor
say. Access to circuit is limited and timing is fixed at certain
times of the day only. *note that, 50% of the test is done in
circuit.
