What I think happened was that, they were on the platform
waiting for the train to come when some guy pushed her down to the
tracks. I suppose she saw that the train was coming, and figured
she may not be able to climb back up in time, and therefore decided
to run to the other side of the track out of the train's
path.
The bit about talking on the handphone, I believe she was probably
talking to the police or something.
