Your best bet would be the OXYGEN TANK. Assuming that the fire is
not directly under you, and that the building doesn't look like its
going to collapse anytime soon, the safest way is to wait for the
authorities to RESCUE you. since lack of oxygen can be a problem,
use the oxygen tank wisely - you may find yourself waiting for
quite some time.
If the situation is truly desperate AND if you know how to use a
parachute AND if the building is tall enough, this is the second
best option. Make sure you fasten it properly, run for your life IN
THE SAME DIRECTION AS THE WIND, and launch yourself from the
rooftop! Hope for the best, and be prepared for broken
ankles/knees/legs/back if your landng goes bad.
As for ropes....are you kidding me?!
