My grandma passed away years ago. And my uncles and aunties decided to keep her house rather than selling it away at Kim Tian Road. The one with the NPC at the void deck.

And lots of house agents have been knocking on our flats telling us if we sell the flat we would get a very high profit.

But we never sell la. I guess flats around TB is very high in value.

With most shopping malls situated at the neighborhood I don't see the need to go to Orchard unless for work or official matters. In fact most big stores are opening shop at major neighborhood centres. Gone are the days of the 80's where ppl flock to Orchard to buy stuff cuz most major popular stores are situated there.

Times have changed so much that I have not been to Orchard for close to 1.5 years. All my needs can be bought at neighborhood shopping malls Mr. Green

actually besides Jln Membina, other flats in the area include the Indus Road area, not built yet but if can wait a few years, good location as well.

And of course Pinnacle when its ready...shld have some more units available.
