SINGAPORE : A 10-year-old boy was injured by a metal shoe rack
thrown from the 11th floor at Block 263, Boon Lay Drive.
Witnesses said the rack hit the boy on the head. He was immediately
given first aid treatment.
The boy was then taken to the National University Hospital where he
had his wounds stitched.
Police are currently investigating the incident.
Residents said they had seen many items thrown from the block.
whoever threw that debris deserve his/her flat to be
confiscated!!
