First of all, what the hell is Putin doing playing with
expensive toys when he's got a messy economy and ethnic situation
to deal with? That's how the USSR fell apart in the first
place.
Second, I haven't read up on it, but if its key advance is speed,
it's no big deal. At high speeds it will not be very agile, and the
ballsitic track, combined with the speed, can be used to project
the intercept for an ABM to hit it.
