Wulus SG I intend to buy a 2nd car not over $30k Dun mind if the car is over 10 year as long as COE just renew. What other point must i take note? Insurance? Accident history? Anyone can guide me?

Larry SG Make sure its accident free and maintenance had been done regularly. Best is to take it for a test-drive and make sure u don’t hear “funny” noises coming from the engine.
