The former open field next to Blk 716 Bedok Reservoir Rd used to
have neighbour kids playing soccer every evenings, shirted team
against barebodied team.
The field was then upgraded (?) and fenced up. Only proper teams
with referees are allowed to play there.
Of course, it was under utilised.
Now it is converted into a carpark.
How are we to going to get soccer greats like Fandi?
