Talking about the French, I once saw their Gendamarie patrol the
streets and their rail stations in Paris with FAMAS assault rifles,
and that was way before 911!
So seeing SOC personnels with MP5s domehow don't seem to be out of
the ordinary to me...at least not with terrorists roaming the world
with ease...
