ditzy SG Arbo they ask for volunteers for the IMF event, volunteering means no one point a gun at you and ask you to do it, and you accept to do it on your own freewill aka you volunteer. Volunteering usually means no tangible benefits involved also. So those poly students who volunteered don't get cash or anything, just clock a few CCA hours or something. Also easier on the admin side of the organising party, no need to plan this plan that, especially money thingies.
