this morn i passed by the american embassy at approximately
0815hrs, and i noticed the flag there was at half mast…i usually
pass the place earlier before 0700, and the flag is usually high up
already…anything happened that cause them to bring their flag to
half mast, or is it just a custom that american embassies lower
their flag to half mast at 0815?
