Does it include Saturdays and Sundays as well for normally Sundays
are usually free parking.
I went there last Sunday (Foodcourt at the Lagoon) in the early
morning and saw plenty of cars parking w/o displaying the coupons
except for one or two.
In the end, I tore two coupons.
On another occassion, I park along the small road (inside the ECP,
somewhere near the chalets) which is next to the highway. Again i
wanted to display my coupons until a sports car pull over and saw
wat i did, told me no need to display and true enough, i went all
the way to check, all the cars did not display any...........and I
could not find any signage that says free parking or
not.................
