For first time fat fighters, it's important to build bigger
muscle groups first. Once the major muscles are pumped up, the
higher your metabolism rate will increase.
Example: Mr A has been a couch potato for 3 years, weighing 115 kg
at 1.8 meters tall. His BMI is way into danger zone and he is
physically weak.
A suggested workout for him was this: Gym, cardio, Gym cardio every
alternate days.
For his gym workout, he has to focus on his major muscle groups,
like deltoids, biceps triceps, abdominal, hamstring, chest, inner
out thighs etc... His objective will be doing heavy weights at more
reps. YES! More reps.
The next day after his gym work out, he should be concertrating on
cardio excercises like cycling, jogging, swimming etc. Cardio as in
constant heart rate for a certain period, then hit it to between
70% - 85% of maximum heart rate, then slow it down
then raise it again. This will increase weight lose and metabolism
rate for the starting month, until body hit a conditional period,
where doing all the same is just maintenance.
For skinny people, it's not just eating lots of rice to be big.
Muscle groups require lots of protein, and you need to build/work
on them. It's actually easier for skinny to gain lots of muscle
mass then for fat-fukers to lose the fats around the muscles.
Skinny people need more regualr gym work out and protein
replacement from supplements or from daily food. Target is unlike
the fat-fukers which requires them to work on major muscle groups,
but more on full body work out, like those small minor
muscles.
FYI... I am a fat Fuker....
