you have to update your bank particulars, insurance, cpf, etc.
everything. don't think there is a one stop service center bah. i
think cpf is auto change de bah when you go police post and ammend,
that's wat they told me.
if u think changing add is a hassle, then have ur letters mailed to
a permeanent add like your parents' place or something. however,
changing ur ic add is a must.
